Description

Please note: This is a standard price only, additional charge may be required dependant on setup time & any extra machine processes or parts required.

Block is to be supplied stripped and bare for this service. We can strip the engine down or remove components but will incur additional charges.

 

  • Remove all block oil gallery plugs
  • High pressure steam wash any loose any dirt and grime off
  • Remove any loose/flaking paint
  • Dip in a hot degreasing solution
  • Pressure steam wash
  • Dip in acid
  • Pressure steam wash and coat with oil
  • Core plugs can then be refitted or just supplied for those whom have machining to complete
