Critical preparation when fitting upgraded billet main caps or after a high-mileage block has lost main alignment. Quote on request — confirm engine + cap spec at order.
Please note: This is a standard price only, additional charge may be required dependant on setup time & any extra machine processes or parts required.
Line boring and honing of main caps is required when fitting after market billet caps. The caps are always manufactured over sized, this then allows them to be matched to the exact dimensions of your engine block.
This service usually carry’s a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks.
