An aftermarket ECU is strongly advised for this kit.

This is our custom twin pulley conversion kit. This is certainly not for the faint hearted and aimed at racers looking to get every last ounce of performance out of their engines.

Our twin pulley kit, was designed for our own race engines. This is to help us achieve easy and repeatable adjustments be it on the track or dyno.

It has a few benefits over the OEM system

  • Allows quick, easy and accurate adjustments of the cams
  • Removes the internal chain and tensioner system
  • Less load on the oil system with the hydraulic tensioner removed
  • Load is halved on the exhaust cam pulley drive
  • Our billet lower press fit pulley allows a lot more secure fastening
  • Wider and stronger Gates kevlar cam belt
  • Removal of hydraulic cambelt tensioner unit for manual tensioner.

Kit includes

2 x Camshaft Pulleys
1x Inlet camshaft adaptor and bolt to suit cast or billet Catcams
1x Billet lower press fit crank pulley
Modified lower crank pulley housing
2x tensioning rollers for cambelt
1x Gates kevlar blue cam belt
1x Piece for cylinder head modification
1x Cam sensor install kit (2 or 3 wire)

This kit requires some modification to the side of the cylinder head and lower pulley housing. We can either carry this out as part of the service for £250, or advise you on what needs to be machined.

These kits are currently made to suit either Cat billet or cast cams. If you have a different brand of camshaft you wish to use please contact us before purchasing.
