Pistons are all balanced including the wrist pins, we do this so that the load across all cylinders is even. This avoids uneven bearing wear from having inconsistent weights, we balance to +/-0.1g for the best accuracy. Material is removed from the heaviest piston to match that of the lightest piston, the material is removed from areas that don’t affect the strength or operation of the piston.
If you send us your pistons with order reference, they will be shipped back to you via courier.
