Pro-Race Engineering custom-builds and supplies competition-spec short blocks from our Maldon workshop — sleeved, decked, line-bored and assembled to motorsport tolerances. Each PRE block is built around proven forged internals and is specced to a customer’s target power, fuel and intended use. The current range covers VAG 1.8 20v Turbo, 2.0 TFSI EA113, VR6/R32, Honda K20 / K24, Audi RS5 4.2 V8 and more.

We supply complete short-blocks ready to drop in, plus partial assemblies for builders who want to fit cylinder heads themselves.
