Block deck O-ring sealing service per cylinder — PRE Maldon UK workshop. Machine an O-ring groove into the block deck around each cylinder for use with O-ring + receiver-groove head gasket sealing. Critical for big-boost / extreme cylinder pressure builds where standard MLS gaskets fail. £50 per cylinder.

Please note: This is a standard price only, additional charge may be required dependant on setup time & any extra machine processes or parts required. For a VR6 a setup charge may be applied.
When going to some extreme power and boost levels, the normal head gasket sealing solution may not be adequate enough.
We use the addition of O-rings on the deck surface to increase the sealing properties of each cylinder.
