This high performance charge air cooler exceeds all expectations. With core dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and a core volume of 17.446 liters, it offers a staggering 178% larger flow area and an astonishing 158% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The result? An explosive increase in power and impressive cooling capacity. Our intercooler features a high-quality Tube Fin intercooler core that uses internal turbulators to optimize airflow. Despite its impressive size, this cooler weighs only 9.1 kg, which means you get more power without the added weight.
Our cast aluminium end boxes were designed in CAD and optimised with CFD simulations to perfect the internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the high performance core. Connection diameters have been expanded to Ø67mm, so our kit includes reinforced silicone tubing. Installation is a breeze, as you can simply replace the stock intercooler. No complex adjustments required.
Our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also provides excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures a constant and optimal cooling performance, accompanied by a significant increase in power.
