Engineered designed ball joint : welding a ball joint stud isn’t a practical option, we have taking in consideration previous competitor design and found, with the help of structural analysis, that they weren’t properly taking in consideration all the load subjected through the ball joint shaft. Our design eliminate all possibility of ”flex” at the junction of the knuckle.
