This is a Precision V-Band Clamp, Discharge Flange & O-Ring it’s commonly used to mate intercooler piping to a GT42/GT45/GT47 & Pro Mod style compressor covers.

Sold as a set which includes discharge flange, v-band clamp, and O-ring.
