VAG 2.5L 07K 5 Cylinder Engine

The VAG 2.5 07K naturally-aspirated five-cylinder (engine codes BGP, BGQ, CBTA, CBUA and friends) is the 5-cylinder behind the VW Mk5 Jetta 2.5, Rabbit 2.5 and Beetle 2.5 — cars sold primarily in North America, and still a popular swap and build platform in the UK and Europe for the five-cylinder character and torque curve at modest cost. Not to be confused with the EA855 2.5 TFSI (TT-RS / RS3) which sits in its own section.
