Description

BHW 2.0 8v TDI pistons which can be used for the 1.9TDI 8v PD engine.

These come in either 81mm or 81.5mm. Both of which will require the block to be bored out to suit the pistons

This kit consists of:
81/81.5mm Pistons (Set of 4)
Piston Ring Set
Gudgeon/Wrist Pins
Circlips

We offer the following services and modifications on these units

  • Pistons weight balanced to 0.1g for a smoother running engine
  • Piston Bowl opened up to lower compression and reduce the chances of melting the bowl lip with high boost pressures
  • Piston valve reliefs machined deeper for high lift camshafts
