Description

Elring head gasket sets for the 1.8t 20v engine. Elring head gaskets are renowned for their quality and are made as OEM fitted items.

These head sets include the following items

OEM Elring Head gasket (up to 82.5mm bore)
Cam cover seal
2x Camshaft seals
20x Valve stem seals
Intake manifold gasket (large or small port depending on option)
Exhaust Manifold gasket (large or small port depending on option)
Down pipe to turbo gasket (large port only)

Whilst we’ve used OEM headgaskets for above 600hp. Its worth considering moving over to a performance Cometic gasket for high horse power and race applications.

For the most extreme applications we also offer other head sealing upgrades, such as O-rings. Please contact us for these applications and we’ll advise further.
